The staff are accommodating. the hotel is deluxe and has an incredible location next to the Egyptian Museum and other interesting areas. - the rooms are big and warm, with comfortable beds and a great shower. - the breakfast is more than delicious.

The location was super convenient, just a few minutes walk from the train station. The room was mind-blowingly comfortable, with nice sheets and a jaw-dropping new bathroom. Everything was incredibly clean. The staff were so friendly and helpful, allowing me to leave my luggage for several hours after checkout. The wi-fi was great and the continental breakfast was delicious. I felt super safe with the 24-hour security and the lift made it easy to get around. The express check-in and check-out option was a bonus. an amazing stay with top-notch amenities!

The location near Porta Nuova station was ideal and the room rates were reasonable. The rooms were clean and comfortable with beautiful decor and a spa-like bathroom. The staff, particularly Koffi, was friendly and made me feel at home. Breakfast was enjoyable with the opportunity to chat with other travelers.
